刘卫（Avivi Liu），小学语文学科组长、小学语文教师兼班主任。湖南师范大学小学教育专业本科，小学语文高级教师，曾在广东及北京的国际学校担任过小学语文教师、班主任、级组长、学部领导等不同职务，具有超过15年学校教育教学工作经验，工作认真负责，成绩斐然，曾荣获“中山市优秀教师”、“中山市优秀教育工作者”、“北京市民办教育优秀教师”、“北京市师德先锋”等多项荣誉称号。目前为亚太地区PYP项目培训官、访问官之一，主持并实施过多项学校国内外项目。她具有国际视野，对教育工作充满热情。她认为：教育的本质是引导学生自我发现，尊重学生的个性差异，支持学生的个性发展，助力每位学生成为更好的自己。

Avivi Liu,Head of Primary Chinese, Chinese Teacher and HomeroomTeacher. Shegota bachelor degree from Hunan Teachers’ University major in primary education, holding a senior Chinese language teacher in primary school. She has served as a Chinese language teacher, homeroom teacher, grade leader, and department leader in international schools both in Guangdong and Beijing. With over 15 years of experience in school education and teaching, she is diligent and responsible in her work and has achieved remarkable results. She has been awarded multiple honorary titles such as "Excellent Teacher in Zhongshan City", "Excellent Educator in Zhongshan City", "Excellent Teacher in Private Education in Beijing", and "Pioneer in Teacher Ethics in Beijing". Currently, she is one of the workshop leaders and visiting team members for the PYP program in the Asia Pacific region and has hosted and implemented multiple domestic and foreign school projects. She has an international perspective and is full of enthusiasm for educational work. The essence of education is to guide students to self-discover, respect their differences, support their personal development, and help each student become a better version of themselves.
