    Artur Evanshas，来自俄罗斯，俄罗斯国立科技大学材料科学学士，北京科技大学硕士。他的工程背景使他能够利用 NGSS 教学框架和实践方法，将自然现象中蕴含的复杂科学知识进行分解，并根据学生的水平进行调整。Arthur 曾在上海一流的国际学校从事科学教学工作，拥有3 年以上教学经验，喜欢营造具有包容性和吸引力的学习环境。他对语言和文化也很感兴趣，精通五种语言，具备丰富的跨国工作技能。

    Artur Evanshas, from Russia, Bachelor in Materials Science from the National University of Science and Technology Russia, and Master from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. His engineering background empowers him to break down complex scientific knowledge underlying natural phenomena and adapt it to the students' level, utilizing the NGSS teaching framework and a hands-on approach. Arthur has more than 3 years educational experience in teaching science in the premier international schools in Shanghai. He likes to foster inclusive and engaging learning environments. He is also interested in languages and cultures and proficient in five languages, equipped with all the requisite tools to work across borders.
