荆兆玥(Stella Jing)，助教兼ESL教师。加拿大女皇大学幼小/小学教育学和艺术史双学士，加拿大多伦多大学教育学院发展心理学硕士，拥有加拿大安大略省教师资格证（OCT）。国内外共计近5年教育领域的工作经验，熟悉北美教育体系及教育理念，有在校全科教育的教学实践经验，注重培养学生的自主学习能力，关注学生社会情感的发展与优秀习惯的养成，认为热爱与坚韧是成就自我的关键。

Stella Jing,Teaching Assistant and ESL Teacher. She has a double bachelor degree in primary/junior education & art history from Queen’s University in Canada. She also has a Master’s degree in education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto in Canada, with a focus in Developmental Psychology. In addition, she is a registered Canada’s Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT). She has a total of 5 years of workingexperience in the field of education both in China and in Canada. Stella is very familiar with the North American education system and curriculum, as well as all-subject teaching practice. She pays attention to cultivating students' independent learning ability, focuses on students' social-emotional development and the formation of excellent habits, as she believes that passion and resilience are the keys to self-achievement.
