郝祥（XiangHao ）, 素质部数学学科组长、初一年级组长、初中数学教师兼班主任。毕业于东北师范大学数学系，高级讲师，持中学数学教资，先后在武警指挥学院、人大附中西山学校、清澜山学校提任数学教师并担负重要管理工作。曾荣获省、市级优秀教师、教学标兵、优秀班主任、记大功等称号。具有25年初中一线教学经验，是中考数学把关教师、教育部送课示范讲师、人教版初中数学教材培训专家。郝老师教学严谨、风趣、幽默，热爱学生，在数学教学中不仅教知识，更重视教学生数学思想与方法，学生活中的数学，用数学解决生活中的问题，着重培养学生的学习兴趣与思维的创造力，被学生多年评为“最受欢迎的数学教师”。

He has 25 years of experience in early middle school teaching, senior high school math gatekeeping teacher, senior high school math full marks, and was hired as a demonstration lecturer by the Ministry of Education and an expert in the training of junior high school math textbooks.
