戚继英，素质部语文教师兼副班主任，山东省师范大学汉语言文学本科毕业，拥有中学一级教师职称。 曾在山东省淄博市博山区第十一中学工作15年，北京市昌平区南邵中学工作10年，在海淀区外国语实验学校工作3年。丰富的语文教学经历，多年初三的教学经验，使她熟悉不同版本的语文教材，并善于从学情入手灵活运用教材。擅长在真实的语言情境及语文知识的融合中设计教学。写作教学是特色、是亮点。她关注学生的成长体验，引导学生在书写真情中爱上语文，积累学生优秀习作千余篇，蓄积了大量适于学生的教学素材。 教学风格亲切自然，待生平等关爱。 热爱读书、旅行与写作，并在其中积累了丰富的语文教学素材。从业多年依旧对教学有思考、有追求。

Jiying Qi, Chinese Teacher,Co-homeroom Teacher, graduated from Shandong Normal University with a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature. Have worked in No. 11 Middle School in Boshan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province for 15 years, Nanshao Middle School in Changping District, Beijing for 10 years, and in Haidian District Foreign Language Experimental School for 3 years. She is familiar with different versions of Chinese textbooks and good at using textbooks flexibly from the learning situation. Her teaching style is kind and natural, and treats students equally and caringly. She loved literature and participated in the editing of publications in her youth. Still thinking and pursuing teaching after many years in the field.
