李翠（Shirley Li），小学数学学科组长、小学数学教师兼班主任。首都师范大学初等教育专业学士，北京师范大学心理学部应用心理硕士，曾在北京中法实验学校担任小学数学教师，区学科带头人。15年的一线数学教学工作积累了丰富的教育、教学经验，注重学生对数学学科的理解，关注数学思维培养，学科习惯的养成。她擅长在积极心理学视域下培养学生的学科兴趣，激发学生主动探索和深度研究。以生为本的教育观念、教学策略和方法深受学生、家长的认同。

She got Bachelor of Primary Education, Capital Normal University and Master of Applied Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Beijing Normal University. Once worked in Beijing Sino-French Experimental School as a primary school math teacher, awarded the title of discipline leader of Haidian District. She has fifteen years’ Math teaching experience, pay attention to students' Mathematical thinking and understanding, good habit. She specializes in developing students' interests within the perspective of positive psychology, good at promoting the students' active learning ability, educational concept, teaching methods and widely recognized by parents.
