梁栋柱 Dongzhu Liang

梁栋柱，河北体育学院、运动训练网球专业；拥有 美国职业网球协会（USPTA）职业级教练认证、ITF一级网球教练认证、中网球童训练评估师、国家一级网球裁判员。曾担任中网公司签约教练、西罗园学校担任网球校队主教练、清华附中国际学校ITA网球主教练。多年一线的网球教学工作、经验丰富，尤其在初中级的教学中有独特的教学理念，注重学生的兴趣、战术的早期培养，让学生在训练中发挥自己的特长！

Liang Dongzhu, Hebei Institute of Physical Education, sports training tennis major; American Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) professional coach certification, ITF tennis coach certification, Chinese tennis boy training appraiser, and national first-class tennis referee. He once served as the contract coach of China Open Company, the head coach of the tennis team of Xiluyuan School, and the head coach of ITA Tennis from the International School Attached to Tsinghua University. Many years of front-line tennis teaching work, rich experience, especially in the middle school teaching has a unique teaching concept, pay attention to the interest of students, tactics of early training, let students play their own strengths in the training!
