 庞嘉億, 寄宿部成长导师，毕业于无锡商业职业技术学院。毕业后，在北京61062部队服役两年。军旅生涯中，担任过新兵连副班长，带领班级成员，完成过多项保障任务。有丰富的管理经验与沟通技巧。他认为教育要因材施教，发掘学生身上的闪光点，提高学习积极性，加强培养自主思考能力。架起老师与家长间信任的桥梁，做好学生们的榜样和领路人。

  Abner，Boarding Counsellor, graduated from Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce. After graduation, he served in Beijing 61062 army for two years . In his military career, he served as the vice monitor of new soldier class , led the class members to complete many support tasks. He has rich management experience and communication skills. He believes that education should teach students according to their aptitude, explore their highlights , improve their enthusiasm for learning, and strengthen the cultivation of independent thinking ability. He also believes that a good teacher should build a bridge between teachers and parents, moreover, being a good example and guide for students.
